Any and only ideas that are designed and created by Underdog Decals are the intellectual property of Underdog Decals,
and may not be reproduced, re-transmitted, sold, published, broadcast, or otherwise used without the express
written consent prior to use. As a user of underdogdecals.com, or the services of Underdog Decals, you agree to these terms.
Security Deposit:
There is a non-refundable design fee of $50 to transfer any designs into our system. Of which $25 will be credited to your final bill. There is a 50% security deposit needed on all work that is started, and will not be refunded for cancelled orders. The deposit may be applied to work done within one month of initial start.
Rush Fee:
There is a rush fee of 50% of the total cost for all orders or services requested within one week. These fees may be waived under certain circumstances. The design fee will be waived for return customers using the same design.
Design Fee:
Requested custom designs, created by Underdog Decals, will be billed at the rate of $50/Hour with a one hour minimum fee.
Late Payment Charge:
There will be a 15% fee ($20 minimum) applied to all invoices that are not paid within one month of invoice date. Any payment arrangements must be asked for prior to completion of a job and/or service.
Discounts:
Certain discounts be combined. Customer must request discount(s) prior to final sale.
